Le marketing d’influence connaît un grand succès auprès des marques en quête de visibilité et de notoriété. Après des années fastes et une remise en question des budgets alloués au marketing d’influence, les marques se tournent de plus en plus vers des micro-influenceurs. Ces influenceurs ont certes une communauté plus modeste, mais avec laquelle ils interagissent beaucoup plus. Le marketing d’influence devient alors accessible pour des entreprises ayant un budget minimum à allouer à cette prestation grâce à des partenariats peu ou pas rémunérés. Cette gratuité garantit un discours beaucoup plus authentique et sincère avec la clientèle cible.

2. Le commerce social

Certaines plateformes permettent en effet de créer un espace boutique sur les pages réseaux sociaux d’entreprise. Cet outil a le bénéfice de ne pas perdre d’acheteurs potentiels en les redirigeant vers une boutique en ligne. Reste à savoir comment faire adhérer votre communauté ?

Certains réseaux sociaux permettent aux entreprises de communiquer directement avec leur public via les messageries instantanées. Un réel avantage pour la qualité de l’expérience client.

4. Le UGC

Derrière cet acronyme se cache le “user generated content”. Ici, ce sont les utilisateurs qui créent du contenu, partagé ensuite par l’entreprise sur ses réseaux sociaux. Ces posts ont l’avantage d’être authentiques et d’apporter plus de valeur aux produits et services proposés par la marque. Et là pour la recommandation et l’activation, c’est gagnant pour l’entreprise !

De récentes études ont constaté que les utilisateurs exécutent de plus en plus de recherches sur des marques via les réseaux sociaux, plutôt que sur les moteurs de recherche conventionnels. Ce phénomène est certainement issu du besoin d’instantanéité et de rapidité des internautes. L’optimisation des hashtags et des mots clés va donc devenir primordiale pour optimiser le référencement.

6. La vidéo, levier puissant de visibilité

Cette année encore, le format vidéo est un outil de visibilité à ne surtout pas négliger sur les réseaux sociaux. Pour cela, le format court rencontre un grand succès, car le public préfère les contenus à “snacker” et personnalisés qui captent leur attention.

Ces formats courts sont efficaces pour divertir, informer, émouvoir, fédérer. Cet essor des vidéos explique le succès des Reels d’Instagram ou des vidéos publiées sur TikTok.

7. Vers des réseaux sociaux plus sains et raisonnés

La surabondance de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux a poussé les utilisateurs à être plus exigeants envers les marques. Celles-ci doivent à présent montrer à leur communauté leurs engagements sociétaux et environnementaux. 

Les entreprises doivent également prendre la mesure du poids de leur prise de parole et de leur impact sur leur communauté, d’autant plus importante pour le jeune public.

8. Authenticité et valeurs

Les utilisateurs attendent une relation de proximité de la part des marques qu’ils suivent. L’authenticité est désormais privilégiée à la perfection. Les petites entreprises peuvent donc devenir très populaires et leur contenu devenir rapidement viral grâce à des vidéos sans montage professionnel, au discours authentique, auquel le public va immédiatement adhérer.

9. La publicité sur les réseaux sociaux

Le succès des publicités ou ads ne se dément pas et les marques ont encore souvent recours à ce levier d’action pour augmenter leur visibilité sur les réseaux sociaux.

10. Eco Responsabilité

Cet engagement dicte les actions des entreprises. Nous l’avons évoqué précédemment, les marques vont privilégier les influenceurs avec de plus petites communautés mais plus engagées.
