Lorsqu’on prend la parole, notre corps, notre visage, notre voix sont des langages de communication tout aussi importants que les mots que nous utilisons.     Dans quelles situations le mediatraining est-il utile ?

    Le mediatraining s’impose pour les personnes appelées à s’exprimer devant des journalistes, que ce soit pour la presse télévisée ou la presse radiophonique. Il concerne donc les dirigeants d’entreprises, les responsables de structures, les personnalités publiques ou tout porte-parole de la structure. Mais il peut également être bénéfique à toute personne souhaitant prendre la parole en public pour maîtriser les techniques de communication et convaincre son auditoire.

    Les ateliers de mediatraining sont adaptés en fonction de la personne coachée, de ses besoins, du contexte de prise de parole et des enjeux : promouvoir une entreprise, faire face à une situation de crise (sanitaire, sociale, judiciaire, écologique, économique…), répondre à des questions sur l’activité, sensibiliser l’opinion publique, apporter une expertise, expliquer les changements face aux parties prenantes… 

    Comment s’organisent les sessions de médiatraining ?

    1. Travail sur l’attitude : 
      Lors des ateliers d’entraînement, le formateur en mediatraining aide la personne à travailler sur son attitude, son comportement et ses gestes lorsqu’elle prend la parole en public ou face à la caméra. Avec ces exercices pratiques de mise en situation, les éléments de la communication non-verbale qui peuvent détourner l’attention de l’audience ou qui peuvent donner une impression négative sont corrigés.

    2. Mise en situation :
      Le mediatraining permet de se mettre en situation réelle de prise de parole en public ou dans les médias. Les exercices aident à mieux comprendre l’impact de son image et de sa communication sur le public et les journalistes.
    3. Feedback et conseils :
      Pendant le mediatraining, le formateur analyse les exercices de mise en situation et fournit des conseils à la personne pour qu’elle puisse contrôler certains gestes ou attitudes qui peuvent avoir une portée négative sur son image et son discours.
